Blue Hawks fall to Saints in three sets

ABERDEEN, S.D. - The Dickinson State volleyball team (3-16, 1-5 NSAA) fell in straight sets (25-18, 25-19, 25-17) to Presentation College (5-17, 2-4 NSAA) in South Dakota on Friday night.

Madi Wahl led the Blue Hawks with 9 kills on .278 hitting, but Dickinson State was unable to overcome 26 attack errors as they fell to the Saints. Brooklyn Wyllie and McKenzie Moser added six kills each, but no other Blue Hawk hitter had more than two in the loss. Bailey Pearcy added 22 assists for the Blue Hawks

Overall, the Saints outhit the Blue Hawks .208 to .000. PC had ten blocks to DSU's six and Dickinson State had five aces while Presentation had two.

The Blue Hawks will head back to North Dakota to take on Mayville State in Mayville on Saturday afternoon.
