Volleyball falls to Waldorf in three

FOREST CITY, IA - The Dickinson State volleyball team (2-14, 0-3 NSAA) fell in straight sets (25-21, 25-18, 25-17) to Waldorf University (9-3, 1-2 NSAA) in Forest City on Saturday afternoon.

McKenzie Moser and Katie Collum both had 9 kills to lead the Blue Hawk offense. Mackenna Johnson added five, Madi Wahl had four, and Mary Schnell chipped in three to round out the Dickinson State attack. Bailey Pearcy added 26 assists and Jenna Swope had 11 digs to help pilot DSU. Overall, the Warriors outhit the Blue Hawks .196 to .076. Dickinson State had eight blocks to Waldorf's four.

The Blue Hawks will have their first home match of the season when they host #15 Bellevue University on Friday, September 30 at 6:00 PM MT in Scott Gymnasium.
