Number of Blue Hawks hit national qualifying marks at Yellow Jacket Invite in Billings

BILLINGS, Mont. – Dickinson State women's outdoor track and field competed at the Yellow Jacket Invitational hosted by Montana State University-Billings on Saturday, taking home first place and a number of national qualifying marks.
INDIVIDUAL HIGHLIGHTS - FULL RESULTS
- Kyley Barnett took third in the 100 meters with a time of 13.09
- Elizabeth Widmer won the 800 meters with a time of 2:25.22, while Grace Timm and Jewel Olson took second and third, respectively.
- Timm won the 1500 meters with a time of 5:09.44, while Lauren Taylor took third
- Wrenzi Wrzesinski won the 100m and 400m hurdles with times of 14.75 seconds and 1:02.14, the latter of which is a national qualifying time
- Adarra Haglund won the high jump with a mark of 1.65m, a national qualifying jump
- Madison Wahl won the pole vault with a mark of 3.66m, a national qualifying mark, while Cassidy Jorenson took second
- Jocelyn Ott won the long jump and triple jump with marks of 5.36m and 10.38m
- Kori Nagel won the shot put and discus with national qualifying marks of 13.26m and 45.58m, respectively
- Tori Nygard won the hammer throw with a mark of 49.70m, Nagel took second while both marks met the national qualifying standard
