Records fall at UND Open for Blue Hawk women

Sagan Osborne | Dickinson State Sports Information Director

FARGO – Wrenzi Wrzesinski set a North Star record with a 8.65 second time in the 60 meter hurdles as the Dickinson State women's indoor track team took fifth place at the UND Open hosted by the University of North Dakota on Saturday. The time broke her own school record set just a few weeks ago. Kori Nagel continued to perform strongly on the field side, as she also set a school record with a 14.06-meter throw in the shot put. The throw puts her in second place in the NAIA. She also put up a North Star leading throw in the weight throw at 15.87 meters, good enough for "B" qualifying standard.
