Bio

Shelby Carr, Alliance, NE, is a new transfer student from Eastern Wyoming College. She’s a junior at DSU majoring in Agriculture Education. She is one of the vice presidents of our Shooting Sports Club and aspires to be a high school ag teacher in Nebraska after completing her master’s degree over the next two years.
