Coach Fleury is entering her 13th season at the helm of the program. In 2021 the Blue Hawks finished the regular season 34-15 overall, 19-8 in North Star conference play. After winning the NSAA Conference Tournament the Blue Hawks returned to the NAIA National Tournament for the first time since 2018. In 2021 four Blue Hawks were named to the North Star All Conference team, junior Katelyn Kubitschek, junior Jaya Allen and sophmore Hailey Enriquez were named 1^st team all-conference and freshman Dallis Mitchelle was named 2^nd team. In addition Jaya Allen was named a NAIA All American and NFCA All American.

In 2020 the Blue Hawks seaons was cut short due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The Blue Hawks were 11-5 before the season was canceled. In 2018 the Blue Hawks finished 30-21overall, 16-10 in North Star conference play. The Blue Hawks won the 2018 North Star Athletic Association Conference Tournament and made their 5^th appearance in six years at the NAIA National Tournament. In 2017 three Blue Hawks were named to the North Star All Conference team, senior Rachael Dillon, junior Sonja Lawrence were named 1^st team all-conference and junior Claire Shoffit was named 2^nd team. In addition Rachael Dillion was named a 1^st team NAIA All American and NFCA 1^st team All American.

In 2017 the Blue Hawks finished 22-24overall, 17-9 in North Star Conference play. Four Blue Hawks were named to the NSAA All-Conference team, senior McKenzie Kenobbie, senior Brianna Grayson, junior Rachael Dillon and sophomore Abi Brooks. MeKenzie Kenobbie was also named a NAIA Honorable Mention All-American.

In 2016 the Blue Hawks finished 46-12, breaking a program record which was set in 2015. The Blue Hawks were North Star regular season champions with a conference record of 19-3, North Star Conference Tournament Champions and made their 4^th straight appearance at the NAIA National Tournament. In 2016 Fleury helped guide seven players to North Star All Conference Honors, including senior Alex Vargas who was named NSAA Player of the Year, Alex Watson NSAA Pitcher of the Year and Abi Brooks NSAA Freshman of the Year. Infielder Alex Vargas was also NAIA 1^st Team All-American and Alex Watson was NAIA Honorable Mention All-American. Both Vargas and Watson were honored during the season with National Player of the Week honors and National Pitcher of the Week honors. The Blue Hawks finished the 2016 season ranked # 20 in the final NAIA top 25 coach’s poll.

In 2015 the Blue Hawks finished with a program record of 44 wins. Coach Fleury led the Blue Hawks to a program best 44-13 record by winning the North Star Athletic Association Conference Tournament and 3^rd straight appearance at the NAIA National Tournament. The Blue Hawks went on to win the NAIA Concordia Bracket National Tournament Opening Round and advanced to the 2015 NAIA World Series, finishing 10^th in the nation. In 2015 Fleury helped guide six players to North Star All Conference Honors, including senior Regan Lawrence who was named NSAA pitcher of the year and NAIA All-American Honorable Mention.

In 2014 the Blue Hawks finished with a 39-15 record and 2nd straight appearance at the NAIA National Tournament. After an impressive 20-1 record in North Star Athletic Association/ Frontier Conference play, the Blue Hawk won the NSAA/FC conference tournament out right by going 4-0 in the tournament and received an automatic bid to the National Tournament. Fleury coached eight players to the NSAA/FC all-conference team.

The Blue Hawks have had winning seasons in all eight of nine seasons with Coach Fleury.

Under Coach Fleury, the Blue Hawks have reached the NAIA National Softball Tournament times in 2010, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2018. The Blue Hawks also have won regular season conference championships in 2010, 2011, 2014 and 2016. The Blue Hawks are conference tournament champions in 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2018

Fleury has accumulated a career record of 337- 179 at Dickinson State. In seven years she has coached the Blue Hawks to five 30-plus win seasons. In 2015, 2014, 2013 and 2010 she received Coach of the Year honors. In 2015 Coach Fleury was named North Dakota Associated Press Sportscasters and Sportswriters Association Female team Coach of the Year and in 2016 the Blue Hawks were named NDAPSSA Female Team of the Year.

Prior to Fleury's appointment to the head post, she served as an assistant coach of the Blue Hawks for two seasons.

In Fleury's two years as an athlete with the Blue Hawks, she started 90 games at third base. Her .353 career batting average helped DSU to 2007 and 2006 DAC Regular Season and Tournament Championships. Dickinson State were 2007 Region III Champions and finished in the "Elite 8" at NAIA National Tournament. In 2006, the Hawks finished as Region III Runner-Up. Fleury was a First Team All-DAC selection in both 2007 and in 2006.

Prior to Dickinson State, Fleury attended West Valley Junior College in Saratoga California from 2003-05 where she helped the Vikings to a pair of 3rd place finishes in the state championships. In 2005, she was named to the All-Coast Conference Second Team.

A native of San Jose, California, Fleury graduated from Dickinson State in 2008 with a bachelor's degree in University Studies with minors in Coaching and Sociology.

In the spring of 2012, Fleury completed her Masters of Arts in Human Performance and Physical Education with an emphasis in Coaching from Adams State University. Coach Fleury is also the assistant athletic director at Dickinson State University.
