Originally from New Underwood, S.D., Eudell Larsen brought his impressive credentials to DSU in 2009. His college roughstock riding resume includes three trips to the CNFR and two College National Championships along with seven NIRA Great Plains Regional Championships. Professionally, Larsen qualified for the Dodge National Circuit Finals Rodeo five times. Larsen owns twelve year-end championship buckles from the SDRA and NRCA and eight reserve championships in the same associations. In addition to his outstanding ability in rodeo competition, Larsen came to DSU with twelve years of rodeo coaching experience at National American University, where he was twice voted the Great Plains Region Rodeo Coach of the Year. Larsen and his wife Marilyn are both avid hunters of any game species and make it a family affair with their three sons Quaid, Kail, and Taik.
