Three Blue Hawk wrestlers still alive at NAIA Nationals

Park City, Kan. – Three Dickinson State wrestlers are still wrestling heading into day two at the NAIA National Championships. Jose Gonzalez (125) went 2-1, Edrich Nortje (141) went 1-1, and Jackson King (184) went 2-1 to stay alive, while Tate Nordby (174) was knocked out after day one after dropping both of his matches. The Blue Hawks secured three pins and one tech fall on the day out of their five wins. DSU currently sits in 20th place as a team, with 55 teams present at the tournament.

The action will continue again tomorrow beginning at 10 am MST in Park City, Kansas as Gonzalez, Nortje, and King can all finish as high as third place if they continue to win matches.
