Blue Hawk wrestlers have strong showing in Sioux City

SIOUX CITY - The Dickinson State wrestling team put together a strong showing at the Dave Edmonds Invitational in Sioux City, Iowa on Saturday. Dante Venema and Konrich Speelmon both earned victories for the Blue Hawks in their respective weight classes while Dylan Marlowe earned a title wrestling unattached. 

"Nice wrestling today!!!" said head coach Justin Schlecht. "Our guys fought hard. We wrestled well in all positions. Wrestling to score and being offensive has been a focus of ours and they are doing a good job implementing those things."
