Dickinson State men take second at Blue Hawk Games

DICKINSON, N.D. – Dickinson State men's outdoor track and field team took second place at the Blue Hawk Games on Sunday. The Blue Hawks finished second behind NCAA Division II Chadron State (Neb.) and were the top NAIA team in the field.
INDIVIDUAL HIGHLIGHTS - FULL RESULTS
- Martin Farver won the 200 meters with a time of 21.89 seconds, Mustafa Taylor took third
- Farver also won the 400 meters with a time of 49.15, while Carl Askins took third
- Hayden Lockie took third in the 800 meters
- Tyrel Ackman took second in the 5000 meters
- Griffin Obrigewitch took second in the steeplechase and Cole Jensen took second
- The 4x400m relay team of Askins, Jacob Jessen, Nathan Schwartz, and Farver took second while the relay team of Kaholo Toaves, Taylor, Lockie, and Nolan Lotton took thir
- Dylan Dahlgren took third place in the hammer throw
