Blue Hawks win Yellow Jacket invite in Billings

BILLINGS, Mont. – Dickinson State men's outdoor track and field competed at the Yellow Jacket Invitational hosted by Montana State University-Billings on Saturday, taking first place.
INDIVIDUAL HIGHLIGHTS - FULL RESULTS
- Martin Farver won the 100 meters with a time of 11.1 seconds and the 400m hurdles with a time of 55.14
- Mustafa Taylor won the 200 meters with a time of 22.14 seconds
- Nathan Schwartz won the 400 meters with a time of 51.74, Hayden Locke and Carl Askins came in second and third, respectively
- Garrin Anderson took second in the 800 meters
- Cole Jensen won the 5000 meters with a time of 16.48, Will Flowers and Griffin Obrigewitch came in second and third, respectively
- Jacob Jessen took second in the 400m hurdles
- Tyce Dahlberg won the high jump with a mark of 1.91m
- Ryan Fenley won the triple jump with a mark of 12.88m
- Galen Brantley III won the shot put with a national qualifying mark of 16.08m and the discus with a mark of 42.74m
- Dylan Dahlgren took second place in both the discus and hammer throw
