FROM THE COACH

"We took a partial team up the Bismarck this weekend and couldn't be happier with the results," said head coach Shayne Wittkopp.  This meet was an opportunity for the athletes that were ready to compete and the kids didn't disappoint.  I'm was most impressed with the hawks going out and competing, as a coach that's what you look for."

"Three school records were set on the womens side is impressive.  Not only that but the 3 fastest times ever run in the 60H at DSU happened in a short span by 2 athletes. Obviously we were happy with Kori in the shot put, breaking the school record and now sitting number one in the NAIA is a great start to the season."

WHATS NEXT

The Blue Hawks will take some time to prepare for the rest of the season before heading back to Bismarck for the Mike Thorson Open on January 14.
