Four Blue Hawks earn All-Conference nods as DSU takes program-best second place at NSAA Championships

BELLEVUE, Neb. – Hunter Myran earned First Team All-NSAA with his fourth-place individual finish as Dickinson State finished second at the North Star Athletic Association Conference Championships.

Myran was joined by teammates Trevor Berry, Sean Seefeld, and Bryce Reed in the All-Conference ranks as the trio earned Second Team honors for finishing 9^th, 12^th, and 13^th, respectively.

The second-place finish at the conference meet for the Blue Hawks is the highest in school history since joining the North Star Athletic Association. DSU had finished as high as fourth, including in each of the last two seasons, but never in the top three. The Blue Hawks had been playing exceptional golf heading into the conference championships, winning back-to-back weeks at the Dickinson State and Valley City State Invites, and posting historically low scores as a team.

"Our men have had an outstanding year," said head coach Thadd O'Donnell. "It was great to see them finish the year with a great performance. This team has grown so much and I am very proud of where they are at, and their drive to improve. Hunter Myran, our only senior, had an outstanding tournament to end his career as a First Team All-Conference selection. This team proved a lot to some of the other teams that overlooked us all year."
