FROZEN TUNDRA: The Blue Hawks finally return home for just their third home game of the season, but mother nature doesn't intend to celebrate the occasion … when DSU takes on Waldorf on Saturday the high temperature will hover around 24 degrees … Dickinson State is closing in on their ninth consecutive NSAA title and wins over Waldorf and Valley City State at home the next two weeks will clinch it … the Blue Hawks would then travel on the road for their final game against Dakota State still battling for a spot in the NAIA National Tournament

Notes: The Blue Hawks have won six straight over the Warriors and have never lost in Dickinson … this may be the last time the two teams meet as Waldorf is headed to the Great Plains Athletic Conference next season
SCOUTING THE WARRIORS: Waldorf is coming off a home loss against Mayville State last week, and have actually been better on the road (2-1) than at home (2-3) … the Warriors typically play in high-scoring games, averaging both 375 yards gained on offense and 375 yards allowed on defense per game
