Blue Hawks soar to victory with record setting performance

DICKINSON - The Dickinson State Cheer team used a historic performance to win the Dickinson State Virtual Triangular over Waldorf University and University of St. Mary. on Monday night in Scott Gym. Competing in their only home event of the season, the Blue Hawks earned a score of 94.75, setting a new school record in front of a large home crowd.
"We had a big week coming into this competition, preparing and changing quite a bit to earn an increase in our score." said head coach Cebe Schneider. "The team was so excited to be competing at home in front of family and friends. They executed well, and competed their skills with excellent technique and high energy to earn a Blue Hawk cheer new top score. I am incredibly proud of them."
