Spotlight: Cordell Stinson
We had the opportunity to ask basketball player Cordell Stinson a few questions and here’s what he had to say…
Q: Favorite professional player and why?
A: Favorite basketball player is Paul George because he taught me it’s never a bad thing to be a bigger guy and be able to play on the perimeter.
Q: Favorite basketball memory?
A: Favorite basketball memory is our playoff run last year when we were almost last in the conference and went to the championship.
Q: What workout or drill would you recommend to high school players?
A: I would recommend the Mikan drill because it teaches you touch from any angle around the rim no matter what your size is.
Q: Favorite thing about coach Selvig
A: My favorite thing about coach Selvig his ability to be a player’s coach and not be too harsh on mistakes. On and off the court.
